Two types of newborn sessions are offered. Both options include full access to photographers props, wraps, outfits, backdrops, etc. and approximately 20-50 images delivered through digital galleries. What is a newborn studio session?
Studio Newborn Sessions are held in my studio located in Bostic, NC. Your session will consist of traditional "poses" that showcase your little one in their first weeks of life. These poses are done either on a bean bag or in various props and backdrops that I provide. Family photos are also included during your session if you choose. This option is perfect for the parents who prefer a traditional studio look and don't want the pressure of cleaning and picking up for an in-home session. I love customizing each and every session and encourage you to bring items that are special to you. Sessions usually last approximately two hours and are generally taken between 7-20 days after birth. Access to photographers newborn props, wraps, and newborn outfits is included.

What is a lifestyle newborn session?
An in-home newborn session is a natural, organic approach newborn photography The focus is on the baby and the family together in your home. This will include more family pictures and the baby will likely be clothed and or swaddled most of the session. I will bring a few props and simple setups for simple, beautiful photos but this will not be the focus of our time together. This session is a great option for parents who prefer to stay home after their birth. A perfectly clean home isn't required for this session. Access to photographers newborn props, wraps, and newborn outfits is included.
